Building my first army and introduction

Hello. This is my first post to this forum.
I've just started playing DE and have found these forums most delightfull read.

Ok here's the deal. I'm a noob building my first army. I've only played a few games so far against tyranids with mixed results partly due to a SMALL table which I feel wasn't good for my style

Anyways I'm wondering which way should I go from here. I'm planning on building my own cabal with story and all. Something wicked and perverse ofcourse.

My current set includes the standard
DA: battleforce

10 Dark Eldar Kabalite Warriors,

10 Dark Eldar Wyches,

3 Reaver Jetbikes and (Found no use for these yet wtf? (small table sucks atleast)

1 Dark Eldar Raider,

Heavy
+Cronos/Talos (started with cronos but weighin towards the talos now)

HQ
Urien Rakarth (bought it for the model really, used it as a haemoculus so far)

Elites
HArlequin troupee (unboxed for now )

FA
5 Scourges (I had them with heavy weapons but now considering to change them to blasters to quickly take down my friends tyranid warrior broods)


Ok. so now thw 6th is on. haven't read it yet but am exited about the eldar ally possibility. scouts and psykers really.
I like snipers and stealth tacktics in most any games play. SO I'm wondering what now. I want to have an army that can quickly neutralize enemys key figures (heavy, hq, psykers?) wit the most unfair tacktics and then impro from there
Aka close to suicide tacktics suit me fine.

I can say you one thing... reaver jetbikes are the strongest unit in the entire codex. Btw against tyranid venoms are the way.

Reavers in 5th were terrible.

Reavers in 5th were terrible.

While not maybe the *best* unit they are considerably better now since if they move at all they get a 4+ cover save due to the jink rule and skilled rider. 3+ when turbo boosting is still the same.
