Subject: Is lower hull points a good thing? Thu Jul 19 2012, 18:12
If I understand it correctly that a pentrating hit that reduces a vehicles hull points to 0 does not get the opportunity to explode as it states to resolve the penatrating damage table after deducting the hull point, and on the hull point section it states the if it reaches zero it is immediately wrecked. I've been having a real hard time with exploding raiders killing the units onboard and I'm just wondering if the venom didn't suddenly become a much safer transport (with lower capacity of course).
Am I correct on this?

"You must still roll on the Vehicle Damage table even if the Vehicle loses sufficient Hull Points to be Wrecked, as there is still a chance it Explodes!"
The last sentence of the Penetrating Hit paragraph. Sorry, we still get blown up.
