using forgeworld Corsairs as allies?

has anyone had a chance to mess around with these slightly less evil Eldar?

I'm humoring the idea of making a small detatchment for my dark eldar since they also count as battle brothers(forgeworld faq).

my problem with corsairs as allies is they really dont fill any gaps that our army cant do already. Kabalites and venoms are great AI, dark lances and blasters are great AT, and our flyers are decent enough. Only thing I can really see getting from Corsairs are maybe a warp hunter, the firestorm (but our flyers are better) or a nightwing. Other than that, I dont see any benefit. Eldar work well with us because they fill in our one major flaw (no psy defense, no reserve manipulation)

But thematicly, I think they can work wonders.

Their worth is Night Fighting from their HQ.

holy crap i didn't notice that the first time i read through thier list, that's cheesy.

I considered running corsair allies for the Hornet, the princes' void strike (to give us a nice extended range blast), and maybe some of the heavier armoured tanks the Corsairs have.
