1250 6th Edition Tournament list

Been play testing a 1250 list with some success. But wanted any input anyone may have. I've only faced one flyer and didn't have any real trouble with it. But I'm definitely worried about multiples in a list. I usually run anywhere between 18-20 Lances in a list and figured I would give this a go. So far I'm 5-1. Winning against GK, Nids, 2 crons and BA and losing to mech guard.
