I've been lurking here for a couple of months (as any sinister, paranoid Dark Eldar should) and decided to step forth from the shadows.I've been playing Dark Eldar on and off for months now, but Chaos Space Marines have been my true love for years. I finally lost all love and faith in them and have stepped firmly on the Dark Path.

I'm impressed you lasted so long with the old Chaos Dex, it was such a buzzkill after the previous one with a million different options. Fingers crossed the new one has more choice.

Anyway I'm sure the frail yet cunning Dark Kin make a nice change to the straightforward and thuggish marines you were used to.

Haha Mushkilla, everything n that sentence hit incredibly close to home. I loved my gods and their glorious powers, but their power faded and even now it could be months till they return, and even that return is fraught with peril. Yet the Dark Eldar! I love their play style! Having to think before you commit, rather than hauling Berzerkers at your foe knowing they can come out on top, and the incredible array of shooting and speed (I run a Kabal list, you might be able to tell ) not to mention the Eldars sadism, arrogance and "live for the pleasure of it" sounds like such a brilliant society

I have always found DE thrilling to play, you are always on the edge of your seat throughout the game. It's so rewarding to outmanoeuvre you opponent and defeat him with fragile T3/AV10 models. Not to mention when things go wrong, you get punished for it and as a result rarely make the same mistake twice.

... Oh and don't drink the water...
