Rolled out Leadership and Deployment. Ignore the planet in the picture as we are not actually going to use it. I deployet a bit carelessly as I just wanted to get started. He split the Swords into two Squadrons, and deployed with as little thought as I had.
Top of Turn 1
Ran the batteries up at breakneck speed, as well as the cruiser. Honestly... probably a mistake. The cruiser pupped out 4 assault craft which will go after his escorts. If I can score a Slave raid it will kill the escort and count for +10 VPs for slaves!
My current goal is to remove those and what ever is left standing will out fly the larger ships and their sad little 45 degree turns. Focus firing on the Overlord first, hence the lances held back.
