Dark Eldar 1999 for competitive gameplay

Hi guys! Im new in this forum and Im starting to play dark eldar after playing with blood angels. I have a big army now and Im painting it and I would like to play a Baron list with hellions and also make it competitive. So here I put my list to get some advices of what would you do with it.
