1.5K With CSM Allied

So my older brother, who was going to quick 40k forever, has always had a thing for Dark Angels. He saw that he could score atleast 1k worth off Ebay for some stupidly low cost, so I feel obligated to make Cypher and Ally in.

After looking at allie count as options I saw the limitations leaving me with SW (no thanks) SM (don't have the dex) and CSM...

The goal of this list was really to fit in a Cypher and a few extra marines, maybe some odds and ends. At the worst I will hit Ebay for some of those cheap DAs and bits bash out some extra Fallen.

As it stands, here is the list. Trying to keep my DE and the CSM on opposite ends of the field, they don't play well together.
