2k point list criticism welcome

Hey guys,

I'm starting up a Dark Eldar army soon, so I made several lists to give me an idea of what I need to buy. I have a few others, from 300 points, all the way up to 2k, which I have listed here. Looking for some good C&C. Thanks!

So duke starts with the trueborn with shardcarbines, and jumps into the incubi raider turn one. first turn the plan is to flat out and hide behind cover, so when 2 out of 3 (average) razorwings come in turn two, i can all out assault, and shoot and just take down everything. scourges obviously hunt tanks, not so sure about them against nids or footslogging armies though... I wish I could take another venom of blasterborn, but the other two elites just seem too crucial... I don't currently have any Dark Eldar models, but I will be buying an archon, kabalites, and a raider this weekend, so my list is still flexible. I would be mostly playing against my friends in casual games, but our LGS is starting up a regular tournament schedule so it should get a bit more competitive soon. My local Meta is pretty varied, or so I'd like to think. I often play against guard, blood angels, necrons, other dark eldar, and occasionally other MEQ (chaos, space wolves, marines, etc), draigowing, and orks. Criticism is encouraged! I can't learn if nobody tells me I'm doing everything wrong! Thanks in advance!
