ok, i place this on being new, but
what does the 'X' mean in stats?
for example:

splinter pistol: range 12", Str: X, AP: 5 Type: poisoned (4+), pistol

not sure where i read it (i can't find it now!) but does it mean that the weapon
is considered a str 1? if so, doesn't that make it hard to hit anythingwith those?

thanks and please forgive my newbieness and ignorance,

Dark Minion

The weapon has no S value. As it has the poisoned rule it always wounds on a fixed value. No S also means it can not damage vehicles

Thats one great thing about splinter weapons and being a new player, just remember one wound value of 4+ against anything living. Easy Very Happy
