1K Tournament

I know this isn't the most competitive list, but I love Hellions so much I am bound and determined to make them work SOMEHOW. And I think that 1k might be the right points level for it. So,

Baron
9x Hellions
Helliarch, VB

2x 5x Warriors, Blaster
Venom, 2x SC

2x 5x Wyches, HWG
Venom, 2x SC

2x Ravagers, NS

I wonder if I should drop the Helliarch and get another Hellion. Is the VB and the backup leadership worth the loss of another body and splinter pods? I think so, but I'm still unsure. If not, where should I spend the remaining 11 points? A Hek for one of the Wych squads? There's no way for me to squeeze in a VB for her, and it seems silly to take only one. Hm...

i would drop and get a one more hellion over the helliarch but that is just me if it takes you from 9 to 10 in the unit that one more wound and if you have the baron with them then you can use his ld also i think that will take you to 1k not 989

I would stick with the helliarch, as baron will be challenged. As for the extra points I would get your helliarch a better weapon (nothing against a VB, but you have the points to spare)

Keep the Helliarch and give him a Power Lance/Spear, still gets the +1 the other kids get and he can get through Power Armour on the charge =]
