it is stated that "Each beastmaster may be acompaneied by one of the following options (these models join the group)"(p90 Dark Eldar codex) how dose this work

Not sure what you mean? You pick a single beast master for the points listed and he lets you take 1 of the 3 beast types up to the number specified for them for the points listed

Each Beast Mast may have one of those options. So 1 Beastmaster could have 1-5 Khymera. Another Beastmaster could have 1-2 Razorwing Flocks. But 1 Beastmaster could not have 1 Khymera and 1 Razorwing.
