About the Mandrakes - I wrote the list up, had 60 ish points left over, and so I threw them in because I couldn't really afford anything else. I'll look into dropping them for some of your suggestions though. Also, newb question: what's YMMV?

Oh I see. Well needless to say, I'll need to playtest different setups a bit to find out what works best. On Agonizers, it seems to me that with all that poisoned shooting, there's little need for a 30 point upgrade to do the same in CC. Or is it the fact that it ignores Armor the key point?

Yeah the agoniser is the 'great leveller' and has two advantages A) it wounds anything on a 4+ (something your wyches will be doing very rarely otherwise) and B) As you correctly pointed out it ignores armour saves meaning reliable infantry kills vs most troop types (again something wyches may not be good at).
All this combined means the agoniser is often what makes the difference in an assault winning/drawing as opposed to losing and it will do this reliably against everything from guard to plague marines.

Yeah instead of the Drakes I would get a Hekatrix w/ Agoinser into both wych squads.
I prefer FF to NS on Ravs, as NS are generally useless unless you're close up and with a Rav you should never be close up.
