well as stated above you need to have another HQ at the least to make the army legal re: double force org
but as for making it better, a few points-
you state you'd like more shooting as you feel DE combat units die too fast, but you have a small unit of Incubi. If you are intent on having an Incubi bodyguard for your archon I'd run them in a raider with aethersails, in no less than a squad of 6 + archon. And having FNP helps, so for your compulsory 2nd HQ chuck in a Haemo with either liqufier or shattershard (amazing at removing EW characters or general pain-in-the-ass units), stick a unit of 3 wracks in which are now scoring, and have the archon start with them, nick their pain token and jump in with the Incubi. Therefore, you have FNP and FC on the Incubi from the get go.
Anything other than making the Incubi as loaded up with pain tokens + a large threat range by turn 2 and I wouldn't bother with them
Reavers - if you take 6, then take 2 heat lances
Wyches - I know a lot of folks like 5 man wych squads in venoms, but for me I'd take 1x8 man unit in a aethersails raider all with haywires. With the pts from the 2nd unit take 2x3 man wrack units in venoms.
Razorwing - fine.
