You have to few AT, and to few AI. I would recommend more Venoms and more MSU. Blasterborns as Elite and maby Reavers or Beastmaster unit as fast attack. Also why 1 flyer and a aegis defence line? if you have enough AT you can drop both, really all thats going to happen is your flyer will die against flyer spam before it really does any damage, because either:
A) it will get inn before their flyers and get shot down before it does much
or
B) it gets 1 turn to shoot at something and dies the next.
