Hey guys, the new guy again...

I am really impressed with the cover art for the upcoming book path of the incubus, art is here
www[DOT]blacklibrary[DOT]com/all-products/path-of-the-incubus.html

And this is how I want to paint my dark eldar, I had been planning to adapt to this scheme by working off of sorrowshard's scheme posted here:
www[DOT]thedarkcity[DOT]net/t253-the-invidious-requiem-kabal

His scheme isnt exactly the same and I've run into the unexpected hurdle of GW having changed all of their paints since then...

I was hoping you guys who know what ur doing could help me identify which paints would yield a scheme most similar to the path of the incubus cover art, extra points if it is accomplished through noob friendly painting techniques

Any help would be greatly appreciated Smile

You can add links. No need for this [DOT] business.

I believe you have to wait 10 days before you can post links. He joined 7 days ago. Unless something changed. Very Happy

Worth noting that some, if not most, of those colours are nowhere near the old version. They really are "closest match" not "replacement".

The artwork in question is this:Help identifying paints for scheme M2980925a_1

and it is beautful!

Thanks for putting that pic up, soooo pretty!

Seeing that was a major contributor to me choosing DE over Deathwing
