1250 Free for All list

I've got a game coming up where there are going to be multiple armies on a large table playing a capture the relic type mission with each army being 1250 points and it being a free for all, no allies (at least organized ahead of time that way). The other armies I know will consist of Chaos Marines, Blood Drinker Marines, and likely 1-3 others depending on who shows up with those being Marines, Orks or Necrons, and Tau or Eldar most likley.

I know I lack heavy support models and am considering proxying one of the raiders as a ravager (for this type of event I think I'd rather a Talos than Ravager but again ... lack of heavy support models) but here is the list as I have it for now and I'd love some feedback before the game here in just over a week...

HQ - Archon w/ Huskblade, Venom Blade, Combat Drugs, Shadowfield, Soultrap - 150
HQ - Haemy w/ Venom Blade, Liquifier - 65

Troop - 5 Warriors w/ 1 Blaster - 60
- Transport - Venom w/ 2nd Splinter Cannon, Night Shileds - 75

Troop - 10 Warriors w/ 1 Splinter Cannon - 100
- Transport - Raider w/ Night Shields, Splinter Rack - 80 (considered dropping the NS for FF as with that many armies I'm not likely to go first ... but there will probably be better targets and I can take advantage of cover or set them behind venoms with FF already)

Troop - 8 Wyches w/ Haywire, HydraGaunts, 1 upgraded to Hekatrix w/ PGL, Agonizer - 146
- Transport - Raider w/ Night Shields, Grisley Trophies - 75 (considered dropping the HydraGaunts and the Grisley Trophies but uncertain)

Elite - 3 Trueborn w/ 3 Blasters - 81
- Transport - Venom w/ 2nd Splinter Cannon, Night Shileds - 75

Elite - 4 Incubi, 1 upgraded to Klaivex w/ Demiklaive, Bloodstone - 138
- Transport - Venom w/ 2nd Splinter Cannon, Night Shileds - 75 (considered dropping Demiklaive)

Fast - 5 Scourges w/ 2 Haywire Blasters - 130


That is 1250 but as you can see there are things that I'm considering still and looking for input. I have a serious lack of heavy support and have considered proxying in the gunboat (for example) as a Ravager ... and I do own a Razorwing but didn't field it here. I also own a few other models (5 Hellions ... need more to be useful, 4 more incubi, 4 more warriors, another Haemy and a Succubus) but I haven't been playing long and thus my model choices are a bit limited until I can afford more items (2 ravagers and a talos are on top of the list)...

Thoughts, comments, advice, suggestions ... anything anyone wants to say is welcome and appreciated.

After the big event I'll try to use Battle Chronicler and do a battle report if I can and post it to let everyone enjoy the glorious Dark Eldar victory!

Thoughts since posting as I look over this...

- If I drop the HydraGauntlets and Demiklaive I can add a 4th Blasterborn to the list...

- Found out the board is a massive 8x6 and there sounds to be 6 armies most likley. Given the size NS may hold some value...

- While I'm not fond of foot soldiers I could have the Haemy leave his group (armed with Hexrifle, not initial list) and join warriors on foot in cover or ruins and proxy their raider to get a ravager. May have to play with the points a bit. Taking a Succubus over the Archon would save me a number of points itself...
