Question about order of dice rolls before a game

Hi all! May I delve into your boundless wisdom once more. I'm trying to get my head around what order one 'can' or 'must' do the following dice rolls:

Looking at the rules, the roll for night fight, CD and psychic powers all happen "before deployment". So can these three happen in whatever order at the players own discretion?

Also, do they all take place before the roll to see who gets the first turn or can any of the above be decided after that roll is made?

The summary on page 424 gives the order for most stuff. Night Fight doesn't seem to be listed there but the rules for Night Fight just say "before deployment" so I guess it can be in any order. Same for Combat Drugs.

Ah okay. Page 148 in my book I think. So can the roll for NF and CD happen before the roll for Psychic Powers if one wishes?

Awesome. So it can (should) happen as such:

Roll for game type
Roll for deployment type
Roll for table edge
Place fortifications
Place terrain
Place objectives
Roll for Warlord Trait
Roll for NF
Roll for CD (before psychic powers as the outcome of CD may affect what powers you want)
Roll for psychic powers (if you have Eldar allies)
Roll for who deploys first
Seize initiative

Well the rolls for night fight and CD could take place at any point before the end of that list as that is still "before deployment". If it said "immediately before deployment" I'd say they would be at the end of your list but otherwise, anywhere should be okay.

Ah okay, it's good to know that although if using allies I'll always do them before the powers as it might change whether I want prescience or the one I'd rolled for possibly.
