Two 1500 point tourney lists with Eldar allies. Which is better?

I've edited this post to make the list easier to read and have added a comparison list. Not sure which would be better.

List 1:

So basically the change is in the Elites and Troops. List one has an extra blasterborn unit so ultimately 1 more lance. It also has 9 points spare for upgrades (VB for the Haemon and SS for the Farseer).
List two however has an extra scoring unit and 8 extra splinter rifles although 1 less blaster and they're spread out so more for random pot shots. The best thing about this is the extra scoring unit but I do have 5 in list one so isn't that enough? In some ways I feel list 1 has 3 blasters more than list 2. I really can't decide what would be better. What are people's thoughts?

I prefer the second list. I think since you don't have combat that should take a shattershard instead on the haemi
