Please list any comments! I'm going to be facing IG, mechanized and not, and tyranids. Also Grey knights. New to the game, but I've been reading a lot about DE and watching a lot of battle reports. Thinking of maybe going with a Voidraven instead of the last ravager, not sure. Thanks!

As suggestions, drop the ghostplate, and either venomblade or agoniser from the archon. (Dont know can you even have both?)
Trueborns shouldnt have both DL and blasters, and they dont really need to be very large squads either.
Reavers should be in squads of 6 to be efficient, I hear.

Derp, you're right about the VB and agoniser. Woops! Thanks for the tips.

You can have both a venomblade and an agoniser, though I find that the venom blade is better paired with either a huskblade (for versatility) or a splinter pistol (for cheapness.)
I'd drop the Klaivex's demiklaives, the venom blades on the Arena Champions (with squads of three Reavers, I'd drop the Champion, too,) and the Grisly Trophies (they aren't bad as a points filler, but leave them off until there aren't any other decent options.)
Flickerfields usually aren't necessary, thanks to Jink, but Night Shields can be pretty handy.
Big trueborn squads are inefficient, and the Dracon is a waste of points (pity they aren't an HQ.) Small squads, such as four with blasters or three with two splinter cannons riding around in a Venom are pretty useful, though.
I'm not much of a fan of Hellions without the Baron, but a big unit like that could work. I'd still rather spend those points on something else, though.
I think this should save you enough points to get at least one squad of Kabalites in a Venom, maybe up to three if the hellions are just dropped. You seem to have a deficit of scoring units, so it may even be a good idea.

So would the Archon be better with Venom Blade, PGL, Drugs and shadow field? That brings him down to 130. And what do people think of the last ravager? Should I go with that, or substitute a razorwing?

That's always a solid build. I tend to throw on a huskblade and a soul trap as well for my own entertainment, but they're hardly necessary. A venom blade is enough for most targets.

I tend to take Ravagers and Razorwings in a 2:1 ratio when I put both in a list. Ravagers have always done more for me than the Razorwing, but the plane is just so [REDACTED] cool that I don't like going up to 2000 or more without one.
