I play Kabal of the Flayed Skull for my Dark Eldar force(about 3k points), and after the current news about the price hikes, it's now the only 40k army I play. (I am scrapping my Raven Guard force, which I have about 1k points).

I am mostly a Fantasy player(Dark Elves and Empire), but I do play some 40k.

I run mostly a Kabalite list with Wych support. I don't lean into the Carnival of Flesh part of our list too much, but I am reconsidering after the awesome Talos/Cronos model.
