New to the Dark City

Hey fellow sadists. I just started the "challenge" of collecting and playing the DE.
I am very green to this army but look at it as one of the most interesting/fun go's.
Please say high and drop any tactics you may have.

I'm working with mostly flyers.
3 raiders w/ witches
9 reavers
10 scourges
2 venoms w/ 5 incubi
1 venom w/ archon + court
2 sq's warriors

Any tips on fighting the Tau?
