Tournament List Help

The local GW store is holding a tournament next weekend, and I'm debating on whether or not to join in.

Pertinent tournament info:

The Missions are:
1 Purge The Alien
2 The Scouring
3 The Relic
Time limit of 2 hours 30 minutes for each game.
Deployment will be Hammer and Anvil as per the 40K rules. Terrain will be fixed in place.
Army Lists handed in, you need your codex, gaming supplies including the Munitorum Battlefield Objectives markers in order to complete the Scouring Scenario etc.

Points will be awarded 3 for a win, 2 for a tie and 1 for a loss.

Paint and Sportsmanship scoring will also be in effect 0 - 3 points per.
No Forgeworld and all models must be correctly represented and fully primed as a minimum. Double force organisation may be used.

Based on the local meta here at the store, I'm expecting to come across a lot of power armor and IG gunline backup, along with a good amount of flyers.

Based on the missions, deployment (CURSE YOU HAMMER AND ANVIL), and my current arsenal, I think it'd be a fun way to spend the day, but I'd have almost no shot at winning. Aside from adding in the defense line & quad gun (I didn't put it in my list because I stilll have to update my BattleScribe repositories), what changes can I make to this list to help ensure the best performance?

Sounds like fun id sign up! As for being competitive, 2 of those missions are pretty bad for DE. Depending on what models you can scrounge in time though id say this is an excellent chance to spam big units of bikes and beasts.

Your list looks like a good place to start from by cutting upgrades. I would also try to squeeze all your venoms, all your HS like the taloi and both flyers. If you can borrow some models take the baron + beast pack.. more if you can, maybe even get your hands on some more reavers and/or some eldar allies.

Unfortunately, my budget doesn't allow for buying much of anything new right now, and the whole area is very Imperial heavy, so borrowing some extra units to flesh things out isn't really an option. I could probably get away with picking up another flyer, but that's about it.
