First off welcome to the Dark City! Secondly you are right about being VERY low on troops. You are pretty scattered with your troop selections and while you stated you wanted to avoid "spam" some redundancy is necessary in order to create a playable army.
Depending on the type of army you are interested I recommend a couple things....
For an all comers list
I would drop the wracks/venom entirely and replace them with another unit of wyches with haywire grenades
I would also drop the warriors in the venom and add in 2 units of ten warriors in a raider with splinter racks and night shields
5 wyches w/ haywire grenades in venom
5 wyches w/ haywire grenades in venom
10 kabalite warriors in raider w/ splinter racks and flicker field
10 kabalite warriors in raider w/ splinter racks and flicker field
You have the wyches in venoms to blow up some tanks and the gun boats to drop a significant amount of poison shots into infantry.
For close combat based army
I would drop the single warrior venom and replaced it with 2 raiders w/ 8 wyches w/ haywire grenades and a hekatrix w/ a phantom grenade launcher inside.
Then fill 2 venoms w/ 5 wracks each, give one a liquifier.
8 wyches w/ haywire grenades w/ hekatrix w/ PGL & venom blade in raider- 181
8 wyches w/ haywire grenades w/ hekatrix w/ PGL & venom blade in raider- 181
5 wracks w/ liquifer in venom- 125
5 wracks w/ liquifer in venom- 125
For HQ's the haemonculus is good. The archon is kind of out of place especially with the first list. He isn't strong enough to run around by himself. I would stick with the haemonculus and add in an archon if you want a CC list. Stick the archon in a unit of wyches.
Archon w/ venom blade, blast pistol, shadow field & PGL- 135
You should focus heavy support on anti-tank by getting two ravagers and putting flickerfields on them.
Sorry if that was a big pointless ramble haha but I hope that helps and gives you some ideas.
