So this friday I am playing Chaos. He takesNurgle Bikers, a daemon prince, Ahriman, 1000 sons, a hellbrute, and Raptors of Slaanesh and maybe Noiae marines, and Obliterators.

You have a lot of Assault and against that army you dont want to be near them. the Demon prince will just wipe one of your units I8 , ~8 6 strength attacks . wyches are not much good against a lot of his stuff.

Doe he have the HellDrake, vehicles ?

Put the true borns on Venoms and keep your distance. ( cut the scourges or reavers)

" these are probably not a good idea either.. you will need to be in 12" for them to be really effective and then you get charged.



Take an Eldar ally if you can

350-400 points you can get a far seer with the anit psyker rune which will help a LOT against Ahriman and his sorcerers, get 3 bikes and 3 walkers.

I cant take an eldar ally and I only have 3 Venoms. Would you suggest I just take list 1?

He doesnt take a Helldrake and he migjt take 2 Rhinos but thats it.

Do you have more raiders ? I dont like the 3 true borns someone will use a big gun on them and kill the unit and get VPs .

He doesnt really have big gins, and I have 4 squads and im going to keep them at max range and hude them in cover. I do the same thing with Lanceborn and it works great.

You don't expect the Chaos player to bring tanks? Your AT seems a bit low.

I have never seen him bring tanks before. He might take a Defiler, but tyats about it and even the chances of that are low.
