| I've had this idea for a list, where I would use a unit of incubi, wyches and beast packs to assault the enemy army, whilst a reaver unit would decapitate unit, hit a tank from behind and seize linebreaker. Then this would be backed up by supporting fire from trueborn, ravagers, dissie raiders/venoms, mounted by either gunboat warriors or msu units.
First and foremost, its got some cool factor and primarily my old list had only one assault element (wyches), which could possibly be de-meched before they can be launched on turn 3/4 from reserves to seize an enemy objective. I theorize, that with multiple assault units, someone will get there.
Now I once again, ask for ideas on how to successfully realize this idea into a viable 1850 list with 1 or 2 characters.

| Well, what you have said so far seems to be:
HQ tbc ELITES Incubi Trueborn TROOPS Wyches Warriors FA Beastpack RJBs HEAVY SUPPORT Ravager(s)
Given that you specify Dissie Raiders, that looks light on Anti-tank, even with the Ravager(s) and RJBs. So I'd suggest Blasters for the Trueborn and HWGs for the Wyches.
Assuming you play the book missions, you'll want several units of Troops too, especially as the Wyches aren't very survivable. I'd suggest either 2 x 5 Wyches or one larger unit, with 2-3 units of Warriors.
What models do you have? And any idea what opponents you may face?

| Trueborn have blasters.
The Wych is a large unit as it has to be some sort of threat. The Warriors would probably go MSU raiders.
I am planning my list, before buying models.
One Archon leads the Incubi, and a character either another cheap archon/haemy for the wyches.
Anti-tank duties are delegated to reavers, ravagers, haywire wyches, blasterborn.
Fire support duties are delegated to dissie raiders and venoms.
Most likely i'll be duking out against my brother's tau, and maybe my own chaos, but i'd want it to survive against the worst matchups, IG and Necrons.
Here's sort of what i envisioned but sans reavers
