1750 with eldar allies for a small tournament

Hey guys, next week I've got a small tournament, and I would like to try to use allies. The list has to be an all comer one, but for sure, at the tournament I'll have to face nurgle (cultist&zombie heavy) and tau (don't know the list). Probably not so many flyers.

I know the farseer is generally considered the best eldar hq option, but I don't like him/her so much.
What do you think? To low on troops? To low on anti tanks? To low in anti infantry?

HELP NEEDED!

I'm new to DE, so I can only really comment reliably on the CE portion. although from my theoryhammer knowledge, it looks fantastic overall ~; )

If you can find the points for a laser lance for the shadowseer autarch, it really makes use of the hit n run granted by the mantle. alternatively the banshee mask is great to screw over units that will be assaulted by another squad that turn. he's super hard to kill, so in all tests i've found he's made his points back.
I love the spinneret rifle and fast shot combo, but I find it's a lot of points to run in a small myn squad. although since you're primarily mech they won't get left as lone targets as much.

If i'll take away exarc, rifle and fast shot i'll free 35 pts, so i could give lance and banshee mask and other things to the autarc... however I didn't give him any close combat equipment because I think that if he goes to close combat he lose his bets bonums: the rerollable 2+ cover save!
