| I had a unit where I had one model/IC with T6 and 1 wound left and one other model with T4 and 2 wounds left. The unit got hit by a weapon with S8 and got a wound. Now the T of the unit is concidered to be 6 but I "looked out sir" the wound over to the T4 model. Is that model instant killed? | |

| The toughness of a unit is not the toughness of a model.
Instant death (pg. 16 BGB) triggers off model toughness, not unit toughness.
So, yes, the model would suffer Instant Death. | |
