Personally I would get rid of one unit of Trueborns and replace it with Scourges or something as they're just as strong with a bit more survive ability due to their ghostplate armor.

And maybe see if you can get some HWG wyches in there as suicide units.

Do not replace trueborn with scourges, the winged ones are definitely NOT more survivable. But tha DA do not need an exarch if there's only 5 of them and if they are supposed to camp inside the Serpent. If you dispose of the exarch, you may want to take 10 guardians instead of DA. More bodies and more firepower.

I would also consider cutting down the size of trueborn to 3s. Do you feel you need 4 blaster shots instead of 3?

And it's probably my flyer-heavy meta, but I would be concerned about facing flying lists with this one.

I have to disagree, if you place them behind cover and make the most out them, I have found that they survive a lot longer than Trueborn who after a round of shooting always seem to be shot down.

The Serpent is very good at dumping flyers, esp with guide, but I totally see three hellturkeys putting some love on that crew. What I would do is dump the runes and prism, the incubi and venom and squeeze in a voidraven and hunter. That venom will NEVER see turn three. I mean you are gonna have to boggie up to make them work and any decent player is gonna burn that thing hard. AV 10 is not that hard to dump. The Archon works better in a T born unit waiting for turn 4/5 obj clearing. If you are going melee then you have to really comit to it. One unit is not enough.

With the Hunter and Raven you are looking at some serious fire power that can target a variety of targets and punish those without the means to cope.
