Minimal Eldar allies detachment, competitive?

I've just been wondering about my competitive list and I want to try dropping the flyer for a little while. This has been a Crimson Hunter Exarch of late so I though I could put those points into other things.

Question is, is it worth the 166 points for a basic Farseer on Jetbike and 3 Wind Riders. Does this work in a 1.5k list?

I'd be using the Farseer's powers to twin-link two Ravagers per turn and possibly buff a Reaver unit if he rolls a favourable power. The Wind Riders nab an objective later on.

My plan is to roll twice on Divination to attempt to get Scriers Gaze so that I keep the Windriders in reserve and my flyers on ASAP. Otherwise he is presciencing and guiding what needs it.

I currently have a Crimson Hunter which I am having doubts on and at 1650+ indies I have a Warp Hunter as they are simply ridiculous.

Hmmm sounds good. I'm still racking my brain about this flyer business. It seems 1 flyer can be largely ignored but Helldrakes are evil. That said, a Crimson Hunter Exarch isn't a guaranteed counter flyer. Especially in one single volley.

I quite fancy it. I've been running two Razorwings for quite a while but feel I lack a bit of anti-tank. Thus I now have two Ravagers, one Razorwing and one Nightshade Interceptor. I'm still not sure about it and am tempted also by the FW Nightwing.
