In my opinion, based on the points value of the game, and the models you've described...

Troops:

If you've got a Raider on hand and some Kabalites (8-10 ?) Work one of those into your list, (drop a Witch Squad?), If your using the witches as a suicide squads?, Tank hunters? Drop the Splinter Cannons. Your List is quite neat, and fast, but I would imagine it needs some meat to it... Kabalites!  

Heavy Support:

As a start, I'd drop the Flicker Fields off the Ravager, Higher points game, then yeh keep them, Maybe. depends if you think they work.

Razorwing = Good choice

You've got a tricked out Archon = Very nice. If your taking Incubi with him I suggest the PGL, Overall the squads more effective charging and receiving (ha!) I digress..., But in your Archon + Incubi Squads case, that's pretty important. charging adversaries in cover without PGL is like running into your nans patio doors head first at full pelt with an ice lolly in your gob.   

Arguably... Incubi in small point games have a hard time, In my case, my somewhat best friend throws the entire contents of his 3 space marine devastator squads at them.

In conclusion, Skimp on points a bit more, get some kabalites in there, consider shelving incubi for larger point games.

If you post what you feel is going wrong in your games I'm sure myself and the other kind people will give our two cents

i would say drop the jetfghter and add some warriors in a raider with ff ns and sr you also might not need 4 wytches squad in a venom 3 should do fine... also add pgl on the archon it aint always necessary but its always good once you put him with incubi

Played a flesh tearers list.
Table T4 with my archon, three wyches and half my vehicles still floating around on one HP

It was an utter slaughter, we both had some appaling luck, but I just had more units after my three disasters each turn, he didnt.

Assault squad charged 4 wyches, overwatch killed on marine, combat two more, and I passed all my dancing saves.
Archon and Incubi failed a 6" charge.
Went on to fail an 8" next turn.

What went well for me.

I went back to basics, T1 I turbo in to his DZ.
Its sounds bad, but it puts everyone on tilt, even assault armies.

The wyches have a hard life in my lists.
Tank hunters and overwatch catchers mostly, but they are surprisingly survivable once they get in CC, and I like the fluff.

It sounds weird, but covers rarely been a problem, enemy assault troops dont often sit there, and wth a 6" move, 6" disembark, plus fleet charge, they can usualy find something to menace.
One of the purposes of the wyches is to provide those opportunities, either by charging first and surviving two rounds, or drawing the enemy out.

In the end I took a dizzie jet fighter over lance, it was a lot of fun, its just keeping the thing alive.

In my opinion the Jet fighters are worth it, I find they can hit like hammer when it comes to it, dealing with massed infantry, vehicles, not too mention other fighters.

As was mentioned in a previous thread by (I cant remember who), they should be fast attack. This is like my 6th army and its damn hard to get everything to balance and work in concert. Probably the reason DE are my favourite!

Im assuming you kitted your razorwing out for infantry bashing? dissies and all?
