Cult of the bloody disaster

I thought it was about time I started a log of my army, its going to be a lot more fluff, tactic and rant than painting and modelling, since I'm better at the former than the latter, but here goes.

Six month ago, here, a stunning blood angels captain grew weary of his command. His Angels had performed well, with many victories, but, for all their speed, they were still a hammer. A very very fast hammer, but they overwhelmed the enemy across a broad front, with brute force and fire. A jewelers hammer perhaps, but a hammer.
Our plucky young Captain wanted something even more refined, a scalpel.

Looking around, there only seemed to be two faster armies, the Eldar, and the Dark Eldar.
The Eldar seemed to be all about closing the range, and then blowing the enemy apart with shurikens and melta, with no assault vehicles, I wasnt sure it would suit my, bloodlust.
And then I looked at the DEldar, and I realised that their oversized jetbike was not only a 5 man transport, it was an assault vehicle!

I wont lie to you, I may have made a girly squeal.
I could have a whole army of scantily clad vixens of destruction zooming around the board in tiny transports hacking their way through the enemy.

And so it begins

Two battleforces were purchased, and a 600pt list created.

Archons and Wyches in Raiders, with ork allies, against Marines and Guard
A Stunning Victory, made possible by an amazing number of 4+ cover saves made by flat outing Raiders, and a large ork mob throwing a huge number of CC attacks at a terminator squad.

Followed by a raid on some orks, using much the same list, with an extra Reaver Squad.
Another Victory, A lone Archon and a lone Raider, stood on a field of corpses.

My Wych Cult deployed in force to capture some pit beasts, it went rather badly, the tyranids may not be an immediate threat to Commorragh, but they are not to be taken lightly in the field

My cult bought in some kabalite allies, and exterminated a marine force, eating the soul of a librarian on the way.

My cult decided another shot at Tyranids was in order, this time, a succubus would tag along.
Targeted strikes against each and every synapse creature broke the army, and with no casualties, I called in the pick up teams to grab some beasts for the arena.
