Can the model with the Mark Of The Wolven still use his CC weps, example can a wolf guard get D6+1 attacks at S8 AP2 with a rending thunder hammer? or can he simply attack with fists that rend?

As it says in the description of MotW, the attacks are made with claws and teeth and do not benefit from wargear etc.
