2000pts of DE pain, C&C please!

I'm looking for some constructive criticism on this list; tear it apart with your teeth if you have to! Hoping to end up with something moderately competitive & ~TAC (want to beat my buddies, but not wanting to play a venom spam list or planning on winning tourneys or anything.)
As a heads up, my meta is Marine Heavy with a Tau Gunline who tends to win more than everyone else.

I haven't tried the Reapers yet, and while I know they're expensive and suffer from one big gun syndrome, I've got high hopes. That, plus I can basically guarantee Land Raiders (possibly Achilles) in my future.
Last thought; Urien's upgrade to Grotesque strength worth it?

What are your thoughts on Reapers, and the list in general?

I played with Reaper once, got a couple of shots and shut down a Land Raider. But I think generally it's performance is just a little bit better than by a ravager. However this vehicle is much more expensive. I wouldn't take 2 of them in one list, it's better to spend the points anywhere else.

As for the Str. ugprade for Grots, it obviously makes them much better. You can even pop 12 AV vehicles, especially with Furious charge. I recommend to take that upgrade.

So maybe drop one Reaper for a DL Ravager w/NS, and use the extra points to bump grots. The last 10pts I could use to snag a 2nd liquifier gun for a wrack unit.
