Hey all,
This is my first attempt at DA and a competitive list (I play very theme based bad moons and angry marines army's) so any comments welcome =)
here goes..

Night shields on the warriors maybe with the splinter racks they want to be staying inside the transports so that could help. The downside to that is your venoms and ravagers won't have them and will be targeted first even more than they were going to be ...

Also you are wasting the dukes 3+ poison to a unit and reroll drugs choice may as well just get an archon with a blaster and shadow field save some points and then you could put night shields on the rest if you wanted?

I think Duke would be much more suited to one of the units in a Raider so that you make more use of his poisons.

Is your plan to use his Low Orbit Raid rule?

Thanks for the feed back guys.
The idea was for both the Duke and a squad of warriors to start out side there Raiders and jump in first turn. Sadly his boosts to drugs go to waste but hopefully I could use his Low orbit rule well to make up for that?
How powerful is Low Orbit Raid btw? looks good on paper but I do wonder if it good on the table.

Changes:

Replacing the Duke with an Archon with a shadow field and a blaster leaving the army with an extra 45p as well as the 33p that was already there,
will be used on night shields or flicker fields through out the army. Which is more powerful out of the two?

Low orbit raid is useful but you can't rely on it because we can't add a bonus to reserve rolls or land safely all the time like a drop pod mostly can.

Flicker fields give safety first turn and a save against ignore cover weapons after the first so they are very good. But night shields can keep you safe from rapid firing weapons which a flicker field won't do so much against weight of fire
