Fellow Archons:
A tournament approaches this Saturday and I am filled with a desire to drink the tears of my opponents (without being too big of a Jerk). There will likely be Tau, Eldar, Necrons, Space Marines of all flavors, Tyranids, and (the reigning champion) Daemons.
This is what I could make on my phone upon learning about said tournament.

The Plan Strategy
The idea here is to prevail by minimizing the effectiveness of enemy shooting. The Night Shields accomplish this particularly well against some units (most Necrons, Tau firing lines) but against others (Tau Hammerheads, Devastators to a certain extent). The Bastion is a giant line of sight blocking bunker that is tough, but not impossible to kill that can also contribute meaningfully in the shooting phase. Destroying the Bastion does not actually achieve much--it awards no kill points and never removed as a piece of terrain. It can also be used for bluffing, forcing certain types of deployments, and reducing the effectiveness of Quad-guns.
The rest of the list is fairly standard. Personally, I like to have a flair unit (typically an assault unit) so I have my Incubi and they typically do well.
Thoughts?
