Brand new to Dark Eldar. First 1500 list. Looking for thoughts!

Hey guys, long time 40k Daemon player, but first time Dark Eldar player. As funds are limited I'm considering the most competitive list I can get while still adhering to my play needs i.e. wanting to spam as many venoms and splinter weapons as possible whilst still running Vect. So without further adeu, here's my first attempt at a list. Welcoming constructive criticism...

HQ:
Vect in a raider with 5 Kabalite warriors.

Troops:
5 Kabalite warriors (Raider with vect)
5 5 KAbalite warriors (venom)
5 KAbalite warriors (venom)
5 KAbalite warriors (venom)
5 KAbalite warriors (venom)
5 KAbalite warriors (venom)

Elites:
5 Trueborn 2 w/splinter cannons (venom)
5 Trueborn 2 w/splinter cannons (venom)
5 Trueborn 2 w/splinter cannons (venom)

Dedicated Transports:
Venom dual splinter cannons
Venom dual splinter cannons
Venom dual splinter cannons
Venom dual spinter cannons
Venom dual splinter cannons
Venom dual splinter cannons
venom dual splinter cannons
venom dual splinter cannons
Raider flicker fields

Heavy Support:
Ravager w/ flickerfields

That comes out to 1570... you'll need to drop something.

Seems like it would absolutely murder any other troop or MC based armies though.  Personally, I wouldn't put the flickerfields on the ravagers as they should constantly be moving anyway and nightshields seem to be a lot more effective on them by making sure they can keep anything with range on them at bay.

Flyers, not the MC kind, would probably give you a little trouble; but with a list like this I don't think you'd be too worried.  With all the dakka, I might consider swapping out one or two of the warriors for haywire wyches instead.  That way you can make sure you can drop any mech based army.

Interesting and certainly pretty evil.
