Viewing post since last visit

Hi all,

I seem to have a problem both on my home and work computer that means the post since last visit list refreshes very quickly.

By this I mean I will click on it, and see perhaps 10 post that I want to view, after reading maybe the third or fourth one I will go back to the list and it tell me there are no post since my last visit even though I obviously haven't read half of them and can't remember what/where they were.

Is this an issue with my setting on both of my computers? I'm only logged in on one at a time. The other is always in sleep mode if I'm not on it.

Or do I just need to open all necessary posts to be read in new tabs

Any suggestions would be good, I keep missing out on all your good stuff!
