New to DE 1000pts

Lookin for some feedback on my beginners list please and thank you.

Little bit under 1k so i can tinker with champion, hekatrix, trueborn squads etc...

Duke Sliscus w/
9x Warriors, splinter cannon
Raider, Flickerfield, Splinter Racks and Dark Lance

Haemonculus, Liquifier and Shattershard w/
9x Wyches, Shardnet and Haywire Gernades
Raider, Chain-snares, Envomed Blades, Flickerfield and Disinterator

6x Reavers, 2x Blasters and 1 Cluster Caltrops,

3x Trueborn, 2x Dark Lances

3x Trueborn, 2x Dark Lances

9 warriors can't take a splinter cannon. The unit has to have 10

Envenomed blades are usually pointless as your raiders will most lightly get shot instead of assaulted and even if it does there's only a small chance of it actually doing any damage.

Also there's no point in taking both caltrops and blasters as your reavers will be either constantly shooting or constantly blanevading.
