Greetings fellow denizens of Commoragh,

As a brand new dark eldar player, i wish you all much bloodshed and pain for your enemies:)

I was into the hobby for one year with a space marine army. Playing mostly friendly games with my fellows with more wins than losses due to the toughness of the marines.

Than i was sucked into the Dark City by a warp storm by the sheer coolness of dark eldar and especially their hard to master play style. For now i only purchased a few boxes but plan to expand it to 1500 points limit for friendly and tournament play.

Btw, gratz to the community and organizers of the website. Really cool work showing your passion for the game and the way of the dark eldar.

Hi there. Welcome to the dark city. Glad to see we have another slave/convert to join our dark ranks. Paying dark eldar is a great journey and there are many paces on this forum to help you with this. Plastikentes unit overviews are excellent and were a real help to me when I first started out playing the dark kin. I would highly reccomend you read them as they are full of great advice and tactics on each unit. These are located in the tactics section Smile

Hiya, what's the Turkish gaming scene like?
Plenty of useful stuff to learn in the big list of battle reports, I personally am a devout follower of Mushkilla's style!

Thanks for the warm welcomes fellows,

The gaming scene in Turkey consists of a gaming club called TUSOT (Turkish War Games Community). It is mainly branched in all three big cities (Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir). Tusot organizes country wide tournaments and the community's aim is to gain the experience and skills to join bigger tournaments in Europe and America. Tusot as of now has nearly two hundred members ( not all of them are active players i think)

We have a few game stores in Turkey to buy GW material and play games. The tournaments are organized in these game stores. The tables are plenty with heavy terrains. I myself won a green tournament for beginners ( with a few experienced players with some cheese armies mixed in:)). I saw the dark eldar models one of the green players had brought and it was love at first sight:)

Besides playing in flgs, we made a gaming table at home and make friendly matches between three players. But i don't think this kind of war table is available to most of the players.

WH40K is the most played game in our local. Warhammer Fantasy, X-Wing, Infinity and Flames of War are played a lot too.

Thanks for the tips, i have nearly read all of Mushkilla's battles. It is very inspiring and fun!Smile

Note: I tried to link Tüsot's facebook page but as a green member it is off limits for me at least for now. You can search it in web (But is written only in Turkish:( )
