Kabal of the Drowned Host

(Or maybe the Drowned Court, I am not sure which one yet, suggestions?)

Years ago, before the Kabal of the Drowned Host was named as such, there was an Archon who left Commorragh due to -reasons- these may differ depending on who you ask, though most within the vaunted spires of that dread city would barely be willing to acknowledge the Archons name.

According to the Kabal itself, it left the city guided by visions of grandeur and power, visions brought on by the slow and methodical torture of a captured Eldar, torture conducted by the Archons Lhamaean, A fine lady in charge of the Archons small, devoted harem.

What they found, was a small sattelite realm within the webway, a small abandoned Eldar outpost, once it had been a bustling small garden city of many layers and many biomes, however, with absence of any caretakers the gardens and grown noxious and damp, turning the once pristine realm into an overgrown swamp.

The Kabal made no pause and went about removing any squatters with found within, disgusting creatures and shades lurking within the dark recesses of the webway expunged to make their new home ready, many animals forcefully "tamed" by the beastmasters and Haemonculi that followed the Kabal.

Soon enough they found the realm more to their liking and made it their home. The Archon and his entire kabal assembled in the great hall of this small realm as he sat upon the (appropriate title for an Eldar Leader of a small webway realm) throne, and spoke with a deep and commanding voice. "I am Archon Avatus, Lord of this realm and my Kabal."
His Lhamaean standing at his side with a smile as he spoke, one hand deftly moving in to quickly slit his throat, there was no reaction from the Kabal as she tossed his lifeless body off the throne, already it had grown cold thanks to her potent toxins. She made her seat upon the throne.

"I am Ilithia, Lady of this realm, and Archon of the Drowned Host."

Her lips curled into a smile as the Kabal knelt before her.

(the punctuation is most likely terrible, I apologize for that, wrote it all down in one go, I'll go over it a few times to correct it, any thoughts?)

It's a great start, however, It doesn't seem like the Lhamea is powerful enough to rule the Kabal.  Include some details on how the Lhamean was really the power behind the throne.  Manipulating the Archon to move to this forgetten sub-realm, and swaying some of this Kabalites to her side.  After she kills the Archon, maybe some of her supporters kill the most powerful rivals, before the rest of the Kabal submits.


Just some thoughts, take from it what you will.

I'm not sure why, but I have this idea, since I for now, in my army have 4 bloodbrides (my archon escort) and 5 trueborn. The Bloodbrides might have been the "harem", with the Lhamea as the woman in charge.

Each of them have a son, my idea is that the Current Archon made liberal use of them as her pawns and "allies" when taking over.

Sounds interesting, some examples of that peppered through out the original post would really help tie everything together.

I've not been feeling well lately, creatively. But once I am out of my slump, I'll be re-writing this more appropriately.
