HQ with the Incubi and I figured the air craft would be fun. there will be Tau, Eldar, Marines, Nids, Necrons showing up.

My thoughts as follows...

HQ: Archon - you can afford to loose the ghost plate - in my experience once the shadowfield goes your toast anyway as any combat model packs at least AP4

Elite: 3 Incubi - more incubi will always be better than an upgraded Klaivex. I would be going a 4th model by ditching the demi klaives and the ghost plate from the archon.

Elite: 2x3 Kabalite Trueborn - fine

Troops: 2x5 Kabalite Warriors + Blaster - fine

Troops: 2x 5 Kabalite Warriors - not sure why you went this way over 2 more of the venom boats?

Heavy Support: 3x Razorwing Jetfighter - these are my biggest issue. I can't ever think of a time I would run more than 1 fighter over ravagers. 2 and 1 would be fine. I just think you are woefully short on AT on the table and then a single interceptor Tau army will ruin you. On top of that you are at the whim of the reserve rolls...

I would drop 2 of the fighters for ravagers with nightshields (save 80 points) then drop night shields on all the venoms and ravagers

I do not own any more venoms so i was stuck with the raiders.

I can do that swap the fighters for ravager keeping one fighter.
