How about an off topic?

Hey guys!

I noticed in most german forums a so called 'off topic'-forum.
Meaning a part of the forum, where all the things could be discussed,
that do not fit elsewhere. May it be cooking, or DVDs, or, well, all the other things...
In the dark city, I haven't found anything like that. Is that on purpose,
or is that too unusual? I don't know, but I miss it.
