The idea is to weaken the enemy with the Reavers and then charge in with the Wyches. The Cronos is there to give them some Pain Tokens. He might be too slow for the rest of the army though...
Perhaps change the Cronos for a Ravager or a squad of Warriors for supporting fire? Also is the PGl on Wyches good? (To protect them from Overwatch) Or should I just add 1 Wych to each squad?

PGL will give ur wyches stealth, so it will be useful after all (not only from overwatch). Cronos is good only when he can reach enemy, so "Dawn of war" will be perfect for him.
But it probably will be interesting

Hm, adding a haemi with WWP could solve that. Also gives a painmarker for a bunch of wyches.
