4x Avatars, Fast Shot 800 Autarch, Fusion Gun, Banshee Mask, Shard of Anaris, Jetbike 135 6 Windrider Jetbikes, 2 Shuriken Cannons 122 7x 3 Windrider Jetbikes, Shuriken Cannons 427 2x Crimson Hunter Exarch, Starcannons 360
Okay - no psychic powera at all. Lets just get that out of the way.
Enough AI - for sure. Enough AT - for sure Enough Scoring - For sure Enough AA - for sure
So shots: 27 S6 24" (bladestorm) 24 S4 12" (bladestprm) 8 S8 AP2 12" 1 St 8 AP1 12" 4 S6 AP2 36" 4 S8 AP2 48"
Weaknesses - well those Avatars are slow - we will advance with our MCS and bikes. Nothing should get by the wall advancing. The WJBs will grab objectives Hunters will be very good AA but in addition are great at AT and harder to take out then you might think. In maelstrom stopping 8 OS WJB troops will be quite a task. There is a whole lot of dakka here ...
Of course I will reroll warlord traits and hope (pray) for ambush.
Of course the list must beit has to be allowed, lol.

| But the Avatar is a unique unit, isn't he? As far as I know, you can't even field multiple Avatars in Apocalypse? | |

| There's just one little catch. You have to paint your windriders in 6 different paint schemes. Every craftworld has only one avatar.
Hm, just thought about that: What, if your enemy is DE. With all the ranged poison shots, your MC's are pretty busted. | |

| You should consider void shield generators to protect your avatars for their first 12 inches of movement across the table. Small arms fire would do pretty much nothing against the AV 12 shields, and it would force your enemy to waste their high strength shots on bringing down your shield instead of targeting your avatars. For 150 points, you could have a void shield on each side of the table with 2 AV 12 walls that would have to be brought down before your Avatars could be hit. I might even spring for the extra 50 points to have 3 walls on each table half.
Alternatively, the enemy could move within the walls of the force shield in order to shoot/attack you, but that's exactly what you want: An enemy close enough to enter melee with. | |

| Jeez, Betray - and they call the duck cheesy. Adding Void shields is easy in this list as the WL is not essential - I agree. But I dont think I really need to.
As for taking down 7 MCs with your poison .... I dont think it will be that easy. | |
