Corsairs

Apologies if this is posted in the wrong place (the Eldar board didn't seem quite right, as this is more of a painting/modelling-based post, and that board seems mostly to do with rules/text-based questions).

I've been working on some allied Eldar to go along with my Dark Eldar force; they're corsairs, rather than craftworld eldar, but I've been trying to kitbash aspect warriors for those which I am lacking. I had a ton of Dire Avengers and some Fire Dragon models, but no Swooping Hawks, Dark Reapers or Warp Spiders. Kitbashing commenced, and here they are (in various stages of being...)

The heads for these guys will now be from Har-Ganeth executioners, for awesomeness...

Also, I've been re-doing the Jetbike kit (yeah, the one from the 90's), by sticking it together with the Reaver kit and Scourge heads (most things are better with scourge heads...)




I'm now working on getting a Farseer and another 3 Jetbikes done, as well as actually painting these kitbashed aspect warriors... I also need some advice on how to Corsair-ify my Wave Serpents. I don't feel right just sticking spikes and blades on them, but I'm not sure how to proceed. Any ideas?

great airbrushing and colors dude. Nice clean coats man it looks real even. are you going to attempt to add some contrast to the armor? Like the color scheme.

Swapping legs and torsos between wyches and scourges = awesome.

Adding in some eldar torsos looks very cool as well. I love the variation you've made.

If you like conversions and mixing parts up, please let me recommend you this.
