1750 List vs CSM

Greetings fellow Kabalites, Wyches and Coven members-
This is a list I was thinking of running against a CSM list. This particular follower of the Ruinous Powers has a penchant for Autocannon spam, and has recently started running a large spawn squad with two biker lords. Other common features of his lists are cultist squads and a few CSM squads in rhinos with plasma.

My idea is for Jain Zar to run with the Grotesques, and for their raider to go forward as fast as possible(in conjunction with the wyches) and engage in CC some expensive unit.
Taloi will move up slower, and take hits from the autocannons, whilst the venoms pump shots into anything in power armour.
The wraith unit will use Star Engines to move up fast and far, again forcing the autocannons to split their fire, and the next turn the wraiths will disembark and engage a havoc squad.Hopefully the wave serpent will then kill another havoc squad.
That's the idea. I'm interested in people's perception of this plan, and if they think it'll work. I'm also open to changing up my list, I have a razorwing, Beastpack, more raiders, a wraithknight another ravager and a few other units that can be subbed in.
