500 points for a new escalation league

First off I would like to say that this site is absolutely fantastic! I am making the switch from fantasy to 40k and since I played dark elves I really loved the look of the Dark Eldar. I bought the box set to start off with and 2 venoms, a heamonculus, and a box of scourges.  The other armies in the escalation league are; blood angles, necrons, eldar, harlequins, tyranids, and death korp of krieg. So here are two lists that I was thinking of

  5 Wyches, 50 pts = 5 * 10
     1 Venom, 65 pts = (base cost 55) + Splinter Cannon 10
  1 Haemonculus, 80 pts = (base cost 70 + Hexrifle 10)
  9 Kabalite Warriors, 87 pts = 9 * 8 (base cost + Blaster x1 15
     1 Raider, 90 pts = (base cost 55) + Dark Lance x1 5 + Night Shields 15 + Splinter Racks 15

Hey there. Just a few thoughts.

Wyches are really poor noe in the new codex. Warriors are much more effective and are 1 point cheaper to boot. I would change them out for warriors, and keep the splinter racks to your raiders too. I would drop the night shields though, as I do not think they are worth the points tbh. Our vehicles are so fragile anyway that all the points that are added soon become too expensive and not worth it. Also Add a blaster to your warriors. Great for a bit of cheeky anti tank

Where should my haemonculus go since he can't fit into the raider?

So I took your advice and I was able to beat a chaos army. The venom and gun boat took out his obliterater squad turn 2 and the scourges blasted his rhino off the table! The marines where easy to pick off after that and then all he was left was his cc lord in a bunch of cultist.
