I think you should remove second balsterborn squad and give Archon WWP to get those D-flamers in to place. And Perhaps Change Farseer to Autarch for better reserves.

If I put the archon in with the wraithguard then they can't take the raider since they are bulky. Won't they get shot to hell after they have done damage just chilling in the open?

Autarch helps with reserve rolls. This list looks solid to me but I don't think I have ever made everyone happy on here haha

Why not drop the second true born unit entirely, seems rather pricey for a lack luster unit. Consider that the second true born unit is 115 + 75 for the Sail raider = 180 and you can grab yourself a hemlock wrath fighter instead for example, or some spiders, heck you could even buy a wave serpent for the archon and wrath guard and have points left over to make the autarch a bit more threatening and grab him a bike instead, as it stands now your throwing all three potential warlords options on suicide runs which I am not a fan of. On a bike he can survive better and deny your opponents warlord.

If I make the Autarch a skyrunner is he able to take scatter lasers as well? The book doesn't make it super clear

Autarch or any other caracter can't take scatter lasers as they are not listed in their codex entry.

Just my opinion but if you are Allying with Eldar then replace the Trueborn with Fire Dragons.  

Trueborn gives you 4 Str8 ap2 lances 115

Fire Dragons gives you 5 Str8 AP1 meltas 120

Had a squad of 6 drop in on an Eldar player just the other day and Kill 3 Wyrverns the turn the came in.  STR 8 Armour Bane with your Archon no Scatter Explodes on a 5+, 4+ for things like Wyverns(open topped).

I like it but that would be 2 elite choices

Sorry didnt notice the Wraithguard hidden in there. They are just as good. Only reason I like FD better is they are cheaper. Plus with the ITC nerf to D weapons Fire Dragons are better.

I like to run an ASPECT Formation with my DE. 5 Reapers, 5 Dragons, 5 Spiders.

I like a hemlock wraith fighter over the crimson hunter myself. 12" -2 to LD bubble with lvl 2 telepathy and two D blasts is insane. He'll make short work of FMC's.

I agree. But beware that if the FMC survives as it is likely against single Hemlock it can still Vector srtike D3 times even if it Jinked.
