If I could get some feedback on this list, that'd be great
Playing against random opponents, and maelstrom missions.

I do have a Farseer on a Jetbike and 2 units of 3 Eldar Jetbikes + a Wraithknight and have been considering condensing my Dark Eldar list to accommodate for them, however I'm not sure about that yet.

A couple of questions:
1- why the blasters on the scourges?
2- why not put the extra venom as a transport for lelith? There are missions that give away VP for fast attack kills and it seems that you've put this in there for the extra relentless splinter cannons, not the transport capacity.

Scourges were meant to be Haywire Blasters, fixed that. As for the Venom I've been told that they are a viable fast attack choice. I'm getting back into the hobby and going to a casual game day this Sunday so just getting my list set up for that. My other thought is to replace lelith with an archon, give him a blaster and put him in the venom. I just like the idea of Lelith and the incubi being a huge threat on the table. I haven't actually played a game in about 4-5 years though so any help is appreciated.

that's fair enough.
I like my archon, though lelith is better in combat.. That's a personal choice on fluff for me.
Haywire blasters are a great choice for scourges.
I'd still leave the venom as a dedicated transport so as not to give up those VP for the mission that does that
